If the ACL implies a guarantee into these Terms and we are entitled to limit our liability for its breach, our liability is limited (at our option) to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
We will treat all information you share with us in the course of an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide the services or as required by law. We may also share aggregated, de-identified data for analytical or marketing purposes.
Either party may terminate a services engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant agreement. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
Upon termination, any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and governing law) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia (Victorian Registry) for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
